Our Policies

Direct Billing is only available in Alberta by Tenielle. Our team in BC is not registered to offer receipts for insurance claims at this time.

We have a ZERO tolerance for any sexual behaviour or misconduct between our team and clients. Any and all forms of sexual behavior through actions and language will be reported as sexual harassment and dealt with by law enforcement. We uphold a high professional standard to provide massage services with the intention of helping our clients with their healthcare goals.

Cancellation Policy

We require that all of our clients provide us with 24 hours notice before their appointment to cancel & reschedule. If notice is given less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, a fee of 50% of the service price will apply. For sudden illness or injury, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. Your time is precious, and so is ours – let’s try to respect each other through that!

No Show Policy

If a client does not inform us in advance that they will be unavailable and the Massage Specialist arrives at the scheduled appointment location, the session will be charged in full.

Payment Policy

To ensure ease of collecting payment, we reserve a credit/debit card on file upon booking that will only be charged after the appointment times.

Tipping Policy

Gratuity is always appreciated by our team as they strive to deliver professional massage for your convenience. If you enjoyed the service, we ask that you provide a tip in cash to your Massage Specialist after the treatment. Commonly, clients tip 20%-25% of the service price.

$50 to West Kelowna
$60 to Vernon
Distances over 30 minutes (one way in Kelowna) will be an additional $10 more for every 10 minutes driven.
